RE:  MBT FOOTWEAR REPAIRS

 As the official repairer for MBT Footwear, we are implementing a couple of changes to the repair process.  These include:

 ·        A new format for repair forms to decrease errors
·        All repairs will be returned directly from Footpower
·        Payment detail can be included on the repair form

This process is being implemented to improve turnaround times and efficiency and therefore customer satisfaction.  Please note that this process will start from 15^th July 2009 so all repairs except warranty claims can be sent directly to the MBT Service Centre, address as follows:

Warranty claims must still be sent through the MBT Head Office for which you will receive an RA number.

Please ensure that all details are entered correctly as this will speed up the repair process.

Please note that any repair that is not listed on the form can be entered under “Other”.
